Research Impact Development

Developing your research impact

OD&PL provide a number of programmes and resources to support colleagues to develop their research impact:

Impact Coaching

Impact Coaching is tailored coaching support for researchers and research adjacent staff (sometimes called research enablers) looking to improve their effectiveness in delivering impact from the research they are involved in. We will work with you to help you to define your potential impact, think about plans to achieve that impact and help you with the steps in the plan you are unsure about.

Building Impact Momentum

Building Impact Momentum is a longitudinal programme (~15 weeks) which helps researchers to define their research impact (impact beyond the academy and not academic impact) and build it into their research projects or grant applications. The programme is open to research, academic and professional support staff.
